1. What is collected
When you submit an order or intake form, the details you provide (name or initials, email, and your personalization or reading answers) are used solely to produce and deliver your order. Tarot questions and context are treated as private and are never shared or reused. Submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and are accessible only to Affirm And Align.
2. Checkout
Payments for services on this site are processed by Buy Me a Coffee, whose own terms and privacy policy govern the checkout itself. Premade audio is sold through Gumroad, whose own policies apply to those purchases. This site does not collect or store card details.
3. Private reading pages
Completed tarot readings are published at unguessable private links, excluded from search engines, and never linked publicly. Your reading page is accessible only to someone who has its exact address.
4. Email
We email you only in connection with your order — confirmations, delivery, revisions, and any follow-up about your submission. We do not run a marketing newsletter and do not sell or share your email address.
5. Analytics & cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The only cookie used is a private session cookie for the internal admin dashboard, which never touches customer browsing.
