1. Digital products & services
All Affirm And Align products and services are digital and delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Premade audio is sold and delivered through Gumroad. Custom subliminals are delivered by email. Tarot readings are delivered by email together with a private personal link.
2. Personal use
Purchases are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public re-upload of any audio file is not permitted.
3. Custom orders
Production of custom orders begins after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is 7–14 days; expedited delivery (1–2 days) is available for an additional $30. Turnaround times are estimates communicated at the time of order. One round of revisions included. Further changes beyond that round may be quoted as a new order.
4. Tarot readings
Every reading is personally prepared and written by hand — no automated or instant interpretations are used. Readings are offered for personal insight and reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no specific outcome or prediction is guaranteed. Readings are delivered within 3–5 days of confirmed payment and a completed intake form.
5. Refunds
All products and services are digital and personally produced. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once payment is confirmed. If there is a problem with your order, contact hello@affirmandalign.shop and it will be made right — custom orders also include one round of revisions (see section 3).
6. No medical claims
Subliminal and affirmation audio is intended for personal enrichment. It is not a medical or psychological treatment, is not a substitute for professional care, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Individual experiences vary.
